1. Subscription Services

• We provide digital, automated search engine optimization (SEO) infrastructure files via a subscription model.
• These files include, but are not limited to: ai.txt, llms.txt, ai-manifesto.json, vector-feed.xml, and semantic-sitemap.xml.
• Subscriptions automatically renew monthly unless canceled by the user prior to the billing cycle.

2. User Accounts & Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
• You are entirely responsible for securing your login credentials.
• The digital files generated are strictly for the domain(s) authorized under your active subscription plan.

3. Intellectual Property

• All underlying code, algorithms, platform layouts, and automated generators belong exclusively to ThatWare LLP.
• Users receive a non-exclusive license to use the generated SEO files on their respective platforms for the duration of their paid subscription.

4. Limitation of Liability

• ThatWare AI provides technical files to make sites AI-native.
• We do not guarantee specific indexing rankings or direct algorithm responses from third-party LLMs or enterprise web crawlers.
