1. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription plan at any time through your account dashboard. Upon cancellation, your access to file generation engines remains functional until the active monthly billing sequence concludes.

2. Refund Rules (No-Refund Framework)

All sales are final. Because provisioning access instantly delivers digital properties and consumes API computational overhead, we do not offer refunds, partial prorations, or cash credits for active or unused cycles. Please review plan parameters thoroughly prior to confirming your payment gateway transaction.

3. Chargebacks and Billing Discrepancies
