Plan Terms
The current features, limits, and prices shown during checkout or within the platform will govern your subscription.
We may introduce, modify, rename, or discontinue plans or features from time to time, subject to applicable law and existing contractual commitments.
6. Website Limits
Subscription plans may limit the number of websites, domains, properties, or resources that can be associated with an account.
You may not intentionally circumvent these limits by:
- Repeatedly replacing domains solely to avoid plan limits
- Creating duplicate accounts
- Manipulating URLs
- Sharing an account between unrelated organizations
- Using technical methods intended to bypass subscription controls
Additional website capacity may require an upgrade or Bespoke Enterprise arrangement.
7. Fees and Payment
Paid services must be paid in accordance with the pricing presented during checkout, on an order form, or in a separate agreement.
Applicable fees may include:
- Subscription charges
- Enterprise fees
- Implementation charges
- Additional website allowances
- Custom development or integration charges
- Applicable taxes
ThatWare’s public FAQs state that its broader business generally works with upfront payment arrangements and supports several payment methods. Thatware
For ThatWare AI, however, the pricing and payment terms shown at checkout should control.
8. Payment Processing
Payments may be processed using third-party payment providers such as Razorpay.
Payment providers operate under their own contractual and privacy terms.
ThatWare AI may receive transaction-related information including:
- Payment status
- Transaction identifier
- Order identifier
- Amount
- Currency
- Subscription information
We do not intend to store full payment-card details on ThatWare AI servers.
9. Subscription Activation
Unless otherwise stated, paid plan entitlements may become available after successful payment confirmation.
Freemium access may become available after successful account registration and verification.
Enterprise or Bespoke services may require:
- Consultation
- Proposal approval
- Contract execution
- Technical onboarding
- Additional implementation steps
10. Renewals
If a subscription is expressly described as automatically renewing during checkout, it will renew according to the displayed billing cycle unless canceled in accordance with the cancellation terms presented to you.
If automatic renewal is not offered or displayed, you will not be charged on an automatic-renewal basis.
The production interface and billing system should clearly identify whether a plan is:
- One-time
- Monthly recurring
- Annual recurring
- Manually renewable
before these Terms are published.
11. Cancellation
You may cancel an eligible subscription through the functionality provided in your account or by contacting ThatWare AI support.
Cancellation ordinarily prevents future renewals.
Unless otherwise stated:
- Cancellation does not automatically reverse prior charges
- Existing access may continue until the end of the paid billing period
- Certain data may remain temporarily available before deletion or expiry
Any specific cancellation rules displayed during purchase form part of these Terms.
12. Refunds
Refund eligibility is governed by the ThatWare AI Refund Policy in effect when the relevant purchase was made.
Nothing in these Terms limits refund or cancellation rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer or commercial law.
For enterprise engagements, the applicable order form or agreement may establish separate refund or cancellation terms.

13. Website Analysis Authorization
By submitting a website, domain, URL, sitemap, knowledge source, or digital property to ThatWare AI, you represent that:
- You own the property, or
- You have authorization to analyze it, or
- The information is publicly available and your use is lawful
You authorize ThatWare AI to access and process reasonably available information from the submitted property for the purpose of delivering requested functionality.
This may include analysis of:
- Public webpages
- Metadata
- Internal links
- Sitemaps
- Structured data
- Textual content
- Public files
- Public organizational information
14. Content You Provide
You retain responsibility for information submitted through the platform.
This may include:
- Organization information
- Brand information
- Founder information
- URLs
- Knowledge sources
- Research
- Frameworks
- Credentials
- Products
- Services
- Authority signals
- Digital profiles
You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to submit such information.
You should not upload confidential, restricted, personal, or third-party material unless you have authority to process it through ThatWare AI.
15. Accuracy of User Information
You are responsible for ensuring that submitted information is accurate.
ThatWare AI may generate structured assets based on the information you provide.
Incorrect input may therefore produce incorrect or incomplete output.
You should review:
- Brand information
- Entity relationships
- Leadership details
- Service descriptions
- URLs
- Authority claims
- Credentials
- Generated files
before deployment.
16. AI-Generated Outputs
ThatWare AI uses automated systems to analyze information and generate files, scores, reports, recommendations, and other outputs.
These may include:
- AI-readiness files
- Structured data
- Entity relationships
- Scores
- Reports
- Recommendations
- Content classifications
- Semantic mappings
Automated outputs may contain errors, omissions, outdated information, or interpretations that require human review.
User Responsibility
You are responsible for reviewing generated outputs before:
- Publishing them
- Deploying them
- Using them in production
- Relying on them for commercial decisions
- Presenting them as authoritative
17. No Guarantee of AI Visibility
ThatWare AI does not guarantee that any external platform will:
- Crawl your website
- Index your content
- Retrieve your information
- Mention your brand
- Cite your website
- Rank your pages
- Recommend your organization
- Display your content in an AI answer
- Improve traffic or revenue
AI platforms and search engines independently determine how information is crawled, processed, retrieved, ranked, cited, or represented.
ThatWare AI helps improve readiness, structure, clarity, measurement, and accessibility. It does not control independent AI platforms.
18. Scores Are Analytical Indicators
ThatWare AI may provide scores including:
- GEO Readiness Score
- Entity Score
- AI Readiness Score
- AVM metrics
- VEM metrics
- Authority measures
- Retrieval measures
These scores are analytical indicators based on ThatWare AI methodologies.
They should not be interpreted as:
- Official Google metrics
- Official OpenAI metrics
- Official scores from another AI provider
- Guarantees of rankings
- Guarantees of citations
- Guarantees of commercial outcomes
Scores may change as:
- Methodologies evolve
- Website information changes
- External platforms change
- Additional data becomes available
19. Emerging Standards
Some ThatWare AI assets may relate to new or emerging approaches to machine-readable web infrastructure.
Not every external AI platform necessarily supports, recognizes, or uses every generated file or convention.
Where ThatWare AI provides proprietary assets, they should be identified as ThatWare AI formats rather than represented as universally adopted standards.
20. Platform Intellectual Property
Except for user-provided content and third-party materials, ThatWare AI and its underlying technology may include proprietary:
- Software
- Algorithms
- Interfaces
- Designs
- Frameworks
- Scoring systems
- Methodologies
- Documentation
- Reports
- Databases
- Workflows
- Taxonomies
- Research
- Branding
These materials are owned by or licensed to ThatWare LLP and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
ThatWare’s public materials also identify existing protected technologies, frameworks, trademarks, and intellectual-property registrations associated with its wider business. Thatware
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of the ThatWare AI platform to you.
21. License to Use ThatWare AI
Subject to compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use ThatWare AI for your authorized internal business purposes.
You may not:
- Resell access without authorization
- Reverse engineer the platform
- Copy proprietary software
- Extract protected source code
- Circumvent subscription restrictions
- Reproduce proprietary scoring systems
- Use the platform to build a materially competing system through unauthorized extraction
Enterprise or reseller rights require a separate written agreement.
22. Generated Assets
Subject to applicable plan terms, users may use generated website-specific outputs for the websites they are authorized to manage.
This may include:
- ai.txt
- llms.txt
- ai-manifesto.json
- vector-feed.xml
- semantic-sitemap.xml
and other user-specific generated assets.
Your rights to these outputs do not transfer ownership of:
- ThatWare AI software
- Proprietary generation methods
- Scoring methodologies
- Frameworks
- Underlying templates
- Algorithms
- Platform architecture
23. Feedback
If you voluntarily provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about ThatWare AI, you permit us to use that feedback for product development and improvement without an obligation to compensate you.
This does not grant us ownership of your confidential business information.
24. Acceptable Use
You agree to use ThatWare AI lawfully and responsibly.
You may not use the platform to:
- Violate applicable laws
- Misrepresent another organization
- Impersonate another person
- Publish knowingly false credentials
- Fabricate authority signals
- Generate deceptive business identities
- Infringe intellectual-property rights
- Distribute malware
- Attempt unauthorized access
- Circumvent security controls
- Scrape the platform at abusive scale
- Interfere with platform operation
- Abuse APIs or infrastructure
- Conduct fraudulent activity
- Manipulate AI systems through deceptive or malicious practices
ThatWare’s broader ethics policy likewise states that its AI-first approach should be based on usefulness, clarity, authority, trust, transparency, and human accountability rather than fabricated authority or misleading practices. Thatware
25. Responsible Use of AI
ThatWare AI is designed to support legitimate digital readiness and intelligence.
You must not knowingly use the platform to create:
- False credentials
- Fabricated citations
- Deceptive entity relationships
- Fraudulent organizational claims
- Misleading source attribution
- Intentionally manipulated evidence
Our Principle
The goal is not to game AI. It is to make legitimate information easier to understand and retrieve.
26. Third-Party Platforms
ThatWare AI may reference or interact with external:
- Search engines
- AI platforms
- Social networks
- Payment services
- Public websites
- Data sources
- APIs
- Hosting services
Third-party platforms are governed by their own terms and policies.
We do not control their:
- Availability
- Algorithms
- Ranking systems
- Retrieval systems
- Citation decisions
- API behavior
- Platform policies
Changes by third-party services may affect ThatWare AI functionality or results.
27. Service Availability
We aim to provide a reliable platform but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Access may occasionally be affected by:
- Maintenance
- Infrastructure outages
- Security incidents
- Software updates
- Third-party failures
- Internet disruptions
- Force majeure events
- Technical problems
Where reasonably practicable, planned maintenance may be communicated in advance.
28. Platform Changes
AI and search technologies change rapidly.
ThatWare AI may therefore:
- Add features
- Remove features
- Modify workflows
- Update scoring methodologies
- Change file structures
- Improve algorithms
- Modify user interfaces
- Introduce new products
- Retire outdated functionality
Material changes affecting paid contractual rights will be handled in accordance with applicable law and relevant agreements.
29. Beta and Experimental Features
Some functionality may be identified as:
Beta
Experimental
Preview
Early Access
Such functionality may:
- Change frequently
- Produce incomplete results
- Become temporarily unavailable
- Be discontinued
- Have additional limitations
Experimental functionality should not be relied upon for critical production decisions without independent review.
30. Suspension of Access
We may temporarily restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to:
- Protect platform security
- Investigate suspected misuse
- Prevent fraud
- Address unpaid amounts
- Respond to legal requirements
- Stop violations of these Terms
- Protect other users or infrastructure
Where appropriate and legally permitted, we may provide notice and an opportunity to remedy the issue.
31. Termination
You may stop using ThatWare AI at any time.
We may terminate an account when:
- These Terms are materially violated
- The platform is used unlawfully
- Fraudulent activity is detected
- Security is threatened
- Required payments remain unpaid
- Continued access creates material risk
Termination does not eliminate obligations that accrued before termination.
Sections intended by their nature to survive termination will remain effective.
32. Data After Termination
Following termination or account closure:
- Platform access may cease
- Generated reports may become unavailable
- Stored data may be deleted according to our retention practices
- Legally required records may be retained
- Certain backups may persist temporarily
Users should export important assets before terminating an account where export functionality is available.
33. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ThatWare AI is provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis.
We do not warrant that:
- The platform will always be uninterrupted
- Every output will be error-free
- Every website can be fully analyzed
- Every third-party platform will recognize generated assets
- Scores will remain unchanged
- Recommendations will achieve a particular result
- AI platforms will cite or recommend your organization
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or protections that cannot legally be excluded.
34. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ThatWare AI and ThatWare LLP will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from the use of the platform.
This may include loss of:
- Revenue
- Profits
- Business opportunities
- Search visibility
- AI visibility
- Data
- Reputation
Any contractual liability cap should be finalized with legal counsel and stated here before publication.
Recommended commercial structure
For paid subscriptions, counsel may consider limiting aggregate liability to fees paid by the customer during a defined period before the event giving rise to the claim, except where such limitation is prohibited by law.
Do not publish a specific liability cap until counsel approves it.
35. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold ThatWare AI and ThatWare LLP harmless from third-party claims arising from:
- Your unlawful use of the platform
- Content you submit without authorization
- Infringement caused by your submitted material
- Misrepresentation of organizational information
- Violation of these Terms
Enterprise agreements may contain separate indemnification provisions.
36. Privacy
Use of ThatWare AI is also governed by the ThatWare AI Privacy Policy.
The Privacy Policy explains how personal information may be collected, used, secured, retained, and shared.
37. Intellectual Property Complaints
If you believe content processed or displayed through ThatWare AI infringes intellectual-property rights, contact us with sufficient information to investigate the claim.
Please provide:
- Your name
- Contact details
- Identification of the protected work
- Location of the allegedly infringing material
- Basis of your claim
- Evidence of ownership or authorization
38. Governing Law
These Terms should be governed by the laws of India, subject to any mandatory rights that apply based on the user’s jurisdiction.
The appropriate exclusive or non-exclusive court jurisdiction and dispute-resolution provisions should be confirmed by ThatWare LLP’s legal counsel before publication.
Because ThatWare’s public materials identify the business as an Indian LLP with operations in West Bengal, India, an India-based governing-law clause is commercially consistent, but the exact forum should be legally confirmed. Thatware
39. Enterprise Agreements
If you enter into:
- An enterprise agreement
- Order form
- Data processing agreement
- Statement of work
- Reseller agreement
- Custom implementation agreement
and its terms conflict with these general Terms, the specific written agreement will control for the relevant service to the extent of that conflict.
40. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as:

- Features change
- Laws change
- New products are introduced

If a change materially affects existing paid users, additional notice may be provided where legally required.
41. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with applicable:
- Privacy Policy
- Refund Policy
- Order forms
- Enterprise agreements
- Data processing agreements
- Other expressly incorporated policies
constitute the agreement governing use of ThatWare AI for the relevant service.
42. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the extent permitted by law.
43. No Waiver
A failure by ThatWare AI to enforce a provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of the right to enforce it later.
